By making a reservation, you accept the terms and conditions and consent to the provision of the service and the performance of the contract under the terms and conditions specified therein. All payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions via a payment gateway and payment service provider.

Principles of personal data processing in connection with the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, i.e., monitoring.
The Data Controller is the Organizer of the location where the services are provided.
Monitoring is carried out to ensure security. The area covered by monitoring is the premises (passageways, reception, bar, and other marked areas) and the area in front of the building entrance. Recordings are stored for a period of one month from the date of the last surveillance footage. If the recording is secured for the purposes of ongoing proceedings, the data retention period is extended until the statute of limitations for claims.
