1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer of the Promotion is ABSOLUT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Śliczna 7/16, 50-566 Wrocław, Poland, phone no. 71 77 33331, registered in the National Court Register in the Register of Entrepreneurs, under KRS number 0000794136, entered in the REGON register under number 383921453, NIP number 8992865723, e-mail: info@wro.zagrywki.pl (hereinafter "Organizer").
2. The Promotion is conducted in-store at Zagrywki, Retro Office House, ul. Piłsudskiego 69, 50-019 Wrocław. 3. The Promotion is conducted pursuant to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions").
4. The Promotion is valid on selected Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM on Sundays, from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, under the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Detailed dates will be made available on the Zagrywka Facebook profile.
2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Only adults who purchase eligible products during the Promotion period may participate in the Promotion.
2. Eligible products include: Bacardi Spiced & Cola, Bacardi Cuatro Highball, Bacardi Mojito, and Bacardi Cuba Libre.
3. PROMOTION RULES
1. By purchasing eligible products, the Promotion Participant receives one stamp on their card. A total of six stamps can be collected. 2. Stamps are valid until the end of the Promotion and must be exchanged for a prize during that time (this is not possible after the Promotion ends).
3. Stamps can only be collected on the days covered by the Promotion at Zagrywki.
4. Promotion Participants can exchange their collected stamps in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for one of the following prizes: 2 stamps = a token redeemable at a Zagrywki establishment, 4 stamps = a promotional drink for PLN 1, 6 stamps = a sports bag.
5. Prizes can only be collected after returning the card with the stamps. Promotion Participants cannot redeem multiple prizes from a single card. However, Promotion Participants may freely choose one of the three prizes if they have collected 6 stamps.
6. One token is worth PLN 5. It is not money and is not a financial instrument. The token can only be used at a Zagrywki establishment, provided that payment with the token is possible at the establishment. 7. No further stamps will be issued for drinks issued as prizes.
4. PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
1. The card with stamps is not valid after the end of the Promotion.
2. If it turns out that the stamps or card do not originate from the Organizer, the prize will not be issued to the Promotion Participant.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to issue a prize to a person who is intoxicated or underage.
4. The Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of July 29, 1992, on games and mutual betting.
5. The Promotion does not constitute a public offer or promise within the meaning of the Civil Code.
6. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early or extend its duration due to important reasons, provided that this does not violate the rights acquired by Participants. 7. The Organizer does not provide business activities involving the purchase and sale of foreign currencies or intermediation in their purchase and sale, nor does it engage in trading in financial instruments.
5. COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing or by email to the Organizer's contact details provided.
2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt by the Organizer.
6. PERSONAL DATA
1. Personal data are not processed for the purposes of the Promotion.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Each document is marked with the date from which its provisions become effective.
2. Promotion Participants are bound by the terms and conditions in force on the date of participation in the Promotion (the date of receipt of the stamp(s)).
3. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law and/or the provisions of consumer law applicable in the place of residence shall apply. 4. In the event of a change and/or invalidation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
5. All disputes between the Service Provider and the company will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
6. The Organizer declares its willingness to resolve disputes amicably, including seeking redress through out-of-court ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures.
